Large Diameter Screw Barrel, also known as fluoroplastic wire or high-temperature wire, refers to high-temperature resistant wires with insulation made of fluoroplastics. The main insulation materials are polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP). PTFE material can withstand temperatures up to 290-300℃, FEP material can withstand temperatures up to 200℃, and PFA material has a continuous operating temperature of 250℃. This wire has characteristics such as resistance to strong acids and alkalis, oil resistance, and fire resistance. The conductor uses tinned copper wire or stranded copper wire structure, complying with standard Q/IRMV1-2008, with a working temperature range of -65℃ to +200℃.
