Combined with a dedicated sheet-forming die and a high-precision three-roll calender, the equipment is capable of producing plastic sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 5 mm and widths from 1,000 mm to 2,500 mm, meeting the needs of a wide variety of industrial applications.
The screw is designed with a special plasticizing structure that ensures uniform melting and stable melt flow throughout the extrusion process. This optimized plasticization performance provides a solid foundation for consistent sheet thickness and uniform material distribution, which are critical factors in achieving high-quality sheet products.
The three-roll calender is equipped with high-precision, chrome-plated rollers featuring an excellent surface finish.
